I know what you might be thinking: "Why would my parrot need a play stand? They've got plenty of toys in their cage!" We parrots are a high-energy bunch. We need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation to stay happy and healthy.
That's where a play stand comes in! It's like a mini playground just for us birds. We can climb, swing, perch, and play to our heart's content. And let me tell you, there's nothing more satisfying than watching your human struggle to put one of those things together. Watching them fumble with screws and pieces is almost as entertaining as playing on the stand itself.
Plus, having a play stand gives us parrots a change of scenery. Do you know how you humans like to switch up your decor every once in a while? Well, we parrots like a change of scenery too! Being able to play outside of our cages helps prevent boredom and gives us a chance to explore our surroundings.
And don't even get me started on the attention we'll get from our human friends when they see us playing on our fancy new stand. I mean, who doesn't love showing off a little bit?
